Craig D. Coe offers clients a unique blend of large scale program management, data and financial analysis, enterprise-wide IT implementation, and business start-up experience within the financial services, manufacturing, automotive, and consumer products industries. He possesses measurable experience working with senior leaders and highly effective work teams on successful large-scale programs and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Currently, Mr. Coe is serving as on-site Program Manager building a business case and initiating start-up activities in support of an integrated services and technology contingent labor solution at a global financial services firm. He is responsible for all initiation phase program elements including building the business case / ROI model, gathering process and IT requirements, performing a gap analysis, managing the RFx and governance processes, and facilitating executive and selection committee working sessions.

Previously, Mr. Coe served as Senior Data Analyst on a Contingent Labor Center of Excellence implementation for a global financial services firm. He was responsible for compiling and analyzing global spend data, creating large-scale models designed to predict spend and save, developing and managing concurrent supplier RFx, and working with senior leadership to create global reporting documentation. Mr. Coe successfully built robust reporting models designed to capture multiple dimensions of spend and save data across numerous layers of corporate structure on a global scale. The resulting standardized diverse historical spend data to create a uniform baseline. The model and methodology were unanimously accepted and adopted by the client as the standard reporting framework for contingent labor. This reporting standard is now a feature in a recent release by the incumbent VMS supplier.

Mr. Coe served as Program Manager and IT Consultant with Tampa Bay Machining, Inc. where he was responsible for managing two simultaneous IT business improvement projects for a mid-size precision aerospace and defense contractor. He was responsible for leading a team through all phases of a process redesign focused on the firm’s primary communication facility between programming and production. The results increased throughput and production, established a robust and stable disaster recovery environment and provided the ability to create redundant multi-site backups of core data. Mr. Coe also led a project team through the selection and implementation of a data collection service enabling management to closely track production in real-time and accurately price labor to specific jobs and operations. The result enhanced customer service, increased accuracy in labor cost analysis, and maximized throughput within the production environment.

During this time, Mr. Coe was responsible for overseeing the successful selection, design, and implementation of an enterprise wide IT software package linking all facets of the manufacturing environment. This initiative created a fundamental change in business process integrating accounting, quoting, and manufacturing. Divisional heads were able to forecast demand and rapidly allocate resources. A purchasing initiative reduced material costs and identified trouble vendors. Precise real-time information enabled management to schedule jobs without exceeding resource capacity. Mr. Coe was responsible for developing current and future state analysis models, developing a communications strategy, training and reallocating staff, and acting as an intermediary between client and vendors.

Mr. Coe also served as Regional Sales Manager for AmeriCredit Financial Services where he was responsible for managing relationships between corporate customers and regional service centers, executing corporate initiatives and developing a $130M loan portfolio. Previously, Mr. Coe was a leading entrepreneur in the consumer products market leading several fledgling companies through bankruptcy and start-up. He began his career with over ten years of diverse experience in the automotive industry.

Mr. Coe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Tampa. He is an avid golfer and is active in coaching hockey and golf. He resides in Tarpon Springs, FL with his wife Tammy and two children.
