Thomas F. Kaminsky is Founder and Managing Director of Crescendo Consulting Solutions, a boutique supplier of outsourcing and human capital consulting, advisory and integration services. The firm takes a collaborative approach with clients creating innovative, high quality, flexible solutions that are sustainable.

Mr. Kaminsky and the Crescendo team are providing advisory services to several Fortune 500 companies within the Financial Services, Client Services and Outsourcing industries. He believes that the key to achieving success is to ensure innovative solutions within People, Process and Tools are utilized to optimize business results. Crescendo’s method for incorporating fundamental program management discipline into an organization includes strong metrics, a robust communication strategy, and an implementation methodology that defines requirements and holds all key stakeholders accountable for success.

As a practicing consultant himself, Mr. Kaminsky provides clients a versatility of skills and experience. In addition to his strong program management skills, he continues to plan and manage large-scale, senior-level strategic planning sessions for several clients. He is also an industry expert being tapped by clients to facilitate, negotiate and execute outsourcing engagements. Mr. Kaminsky and his team are delivering several human capital initiatives including contingent labor solutions, recruitment process outsourcing and indirect services procurement programs.

Prior to creating Crescendo, Mr. Kaminsky served as Senior Principal for Trans-Form LLC working as a Program/Client Manager on several global initiatives including the integration of support functions for several global financial institutions. Programs included the integration of Oppenheimer and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), Furman Selz and ING Barings, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank as well as the outsourcing of PIMCO’s operations and technology to State Street. For each deal, Mr. Kaminsky had a leadership role in creating and implementing an integrated Global Program Management Office. In addition, he was responsible for facilitating large-scale global strategic planning sessions with company executives.

Mr. Kaminsky began his career with Salomon Brothers where he was integral in achieving a successful organizational redesign and relocation of the firm’s support operations and technology to Tampa, FL. He holds a Master of Science in Mass Communications from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Muhlenberg College. He is also an accomplished musician and resides in Tampa, FL with his wife Wendy and daughter Taylere.
